HI! i'm KELLIE , the one behind the lens.
Recently, whilst on maternity leave with my second baby, I decided to pursue photography as a hobby after dreaming of it for years. I enrolled in an online course, and armed with an entry-level camera, I started taking photos of anyone and anything. Somehow, a little way down the track, a little business bloomed and Junie Photo was born (lovingly named after the birth month of my babies, Fred and Daisy). When I’m not busy raising two toddlers, teaching,, or chasing little humans through my lens, I’m attempting yoga or Zumba, binging Aussie crime novels, singing along to 70s bangers and Aussie pub classics, soaking up the outdoors, tracking down great food, or enjoying a well-earned cheeky wine. Motherhood moves fast, and too often, mums are behind the camera instead of in the frame. Junie is here to change that.
